Is Merch Sport official team merchandise?
Nope — Merch Sport is fan-inspired, not affiliated with any league or team.
Can I personalize every product?
Only select items offer personalization. If a product supports name & number, you’ll spot the option right there on the product page.
How do I shop by team?
Pick your league first (MLB, NFL, MLS), then your team, then the type of gear you’re after.
What is MS PRO™ Print Technology?
It’s our own print and finishing standard — built around sharp clarity, true color, clean alignment, and solid quality control.
How secure is my personal information?
Your data is protected at checkout with SSL encryption. We only use your payment details to complete your order — nothing is stored afterward.
Orders
Why haven’t I received email updates about my order?
Check your Spam/Junk folder — our emails sometimes land there. Mark us “Not Spam” and add contact@merchsport.com to your contacts.
Can I return personalized items?
Since personalized items are made just for you, they’re generally not returnable. If something’s not right, email us and we’ll figure out a solution together.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You’ve got a 2-hour window to cancel. After that it heads straight into production, so changes aren’t possible anymore.
I was sent the wrong or defective item. What should I do?
Snap a photo of what you received and send it our way — we’ll sort out a replacement or refund right away.
Shipping
What if I type in the wrong address?
Act quickly and keep an eye on your inbox. Misdelivered orders may need to be reordered with the correct address — so double-check at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Production usually takes 3–5 business days, and delivery after that depends on your location and chosen shipping option. Full details in our Shipping Policy.
My order hasn’t arrived yet. What’s happening?
Check our Shipping Policy for expected timelines. Running later than that? Email us and we’ll look into it.
Tracking says delivered but I can’t find my order.
Carriers occasionally mark things delivered early — it often shows up the next day. If not, we’ll help file a claim, send a replacement, or issue a refund.
